Background

I grew up in Germantown, Maryland and came through the DC United Academy. After that, I had stints playing in Portugal, Peru, and El Salvador before transitioning into coaching and player development.

For the past 10 years, I've worked with players at every level — from youth academies to MLS, USL Championship, and national team players. The common thread across all of them: the best players understand the game before they react to it.

Grande Sports

I started Grande Sports in January 2018 because I saw a gap. Players were being told what to do but not why. They could execute drills, but couldn't read the game.

Grande Sports exists to fix that. Through online content, training programs, and 1-on-1 match analysis, I help players develop the tactical intelligence that separates good players from great ones.

Fortunately, throughout the years, I've built a team of great people who share the same philosophy. Together, we work with players online and in-person, create educational content, and develop the tools that make this methodology accessible to players at every level
