Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and recurring purchases from Grande Sports Training (“Grande Sports,” “we,” or “our”) work, including billing, renewal, and cancellation. It applies to our recurring subscriptions, including the Grande Sports App membership (Founding / All-Access) and the Match Analysis coaching subscription.

1. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

Our subscriptions are recurring and, unless cancelled, automatically renew at the end of each billing period (for example, annually for the App membership or monthly for the Match Analysis subscription). Your payment method is charged the then-current rate — or, for App founding members, your locked founding rate — on each renewal until you cancel.

2. Billing

You are charged at the time of purchase and again on each renewal date. App founding members keep their locked price for as long as the subscription remains active and is not cancelled.

3. How to Cancel

  • Subscriptions purchased on grandesportstraining.com (App membership and Match Analysis): you may cancel at any time through your account, or by emailing info@grandesportstraining.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals.
  • App subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store: these are managed by Apple — cancel anytime in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Apple’s terms govern App Store purchases and refunds.

4. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Consistent with our Refund & Return Policy, subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable once charged.

5. Price or Plan Changes

If we change subscription pricing, the new price applies only to renewals occurring after we give you advance notice; App founding members’ locked rate is not affected for as long as their subscription stays active.
