Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to physical products (such as training gear) purchased from Grande Sports Training (“Grande Sports,” “we,” or “our”). Digital products and services are delivered electronically or in person and are not shipped.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

2. Shipping Times & Rates

We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.

Delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and conditions outside our control.

3. Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your package.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@grandesportstraining.com with your order number and we will help resolve it. Please report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Re-shipping may require an additional shipping charge.

6. International Shipping

If international shipping is offered at checkout, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees, and delivery times may vary.
