At Grande Sports Training (“Grande Sports,” “we,” or “our”), we are committed to safeguarding your personal information and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share information when you use our website, our services (including in-person training, online programs, consultations, and digital purchases), and the Grande Sports App (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information you voluntarily provide, including but not limited to: name; email address; phone number; parent/guardian information (for minors); and payment details (processed securely via third-party vendors).

Training or Performance Information — when applicable, performance notes, movement analysis, video submissions, or feedback used for coaching and development.

Information Collected Through the Grande Sports App — when you create an account and use the App, we collect:

  • Account information — name and email address used to create and access your account.
  • Community and user content — posts, messages, and chat you choose to share in the App’s community features.
  • Subscription and purchase information — your subscription status and purchase history (payments are processed by Apple and/or Shopify; we do not store your card details).
  • App activity and progress — lessons viewed, scores, streaks, experience points, and similar in-app activity, used to track your progress and personalize your learning.
  • Device identifiers — limited identifiers used by our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to manage your subscription.

Usage Data & Cookies (website) — when you visit our website, we may automatically collect IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent, and general device information, and we use cookies and similar technologies to improve performance, personalize content, and analyze traffic. You may disable cookies in your browser settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information solely to deliver and improve Grande Sports services, including to: create and manage your account; provide and personalize the App and its content; process payments and manage subscriptions; enable community features; schedule or provide training; communicate with you about services, updates, or policies; send educational or promotional content (you may opt out anytime); maintain training records and progress; and ensure safety in our services and community. We may also use information to comply with legal obligations or protect the rights and safety of our business, users, and the public.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app tracking or third-party behavioral advertising. We share limited information only with:

  • Trusted service providers who help us operate — including Apple (App Store and subscription processing), RevenueCat (subscription management), Shopify (website and web purchases), and email/payment/technical providers. These providers are required to keep information confidential and use it only to provide their services.
  • Legal requirements — when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights or the safety of others.
  • Business changes — in a business transfer or restructuring, information may transfer as a business asset (with notice via email or website).

4. Community & User Content

The App includes community features where users can post and chat. You are responsible for the content you share. We provide tools to report objectionable content or abusive users, and we moderate the community — we may remove content and suspend or remove accounts that violate our guidelines. To report content or a user, use the in-app reporting tools or email info@grandesportstraining.com, and we will act promptly.

5. Data Security

We maintain reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no method of internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

The App and our services are designed for young players, and we take children’s privacy seriously. A parent or legal guardian must create and approve the account and any subscription, and must agree to this Policy on the child’s behalf. All purchases and transactions must be completed by an adult.

  • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
  • We do not use children’s information for third-party or behavioral advertising.
  • Community features are moderated, and we provide reporting and blocking tools to help keep them safe.
  • A parent or guardian may review, request changes to, or request deletion of their child’s information at any time by contacting us.

If you believe a child’s information has been provided to us without parental consent, contact info@grandesportstraining.com and we will take appropriate action, including deleting the information.

7. Your Privacy Rights & Choices

You may: request access to the personal information we hold about you; request corrections or updates; request deletion where applicable; and opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Account & data deletion: You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from within the App, or by emailing info@grandesportstraining.com. We will process deletion requests promptly, subject to records we are required to retain for legal or operational reasons.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate legal, accounting, or operational purposes. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on this page with the revised date. Your continued use of our website, services, or App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
