Refund & Return Policy

At Grande Sports Training (“Grande Sports,” “we,” or “our”), we provide high-level training services, programs, and digital education for players. Please read our refund and cancellation policies carefully before purchasing.
1. Digital Products — No Refunds
All digital products, including but not limited to online programs, tactical or training resources, video analysis services, and digital downloads or subscriptions, are non-refundable and non-returnable due to the immediate access customers receive upon purchase.
2. In-Person Training & Camps
All in-person services, including private, semi-private, or group training; tactical or physical training sessions; camps, clinics, and event registrations; and mentorship programs, are non-refundable, unless a player suffers an injury that prevents them from continuing training.
Training Credits (Not Refunds). If a session is canceled correctly under our cancellation policy, we may issue a training credit for future use, at our discretion. Training credits are not refundable, are not transferable to another person, and must be used within the timeframe provided by Grande Sports staff. No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations outside the policy.
3. Subscription Packages (Monthly Sessions)
For monthly training packages and subscriptions: all purchased sessions (in-person or online) must be used within 45 days of purchase; any unused sessions expire after 45 days and are non-refundable; sessions are non-transferable; and all sessions must be paid in advance before training.
4. Training Cancellation Policy
To keep training quality and scheduling fair for all players: sessions must be canceled at least 12 hours in advance to be eligible for training credit; cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session result in a lost session; no-shows are charged as a full session; and missed sessions cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.
5. Payment Terms
All purchases, subscriptions, camps, clinics, and services must be paid in full prior to participation. Sessions may not be held or attended without advance payment.
6. App Subscriptions (Grande Sports App)
Subscriptions to the Grande Sports App are billed in advance and are non-refundable, including any unused portion of a billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals — see our Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy for details. Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple’s refund and cancellation terms; App Store refund requests must be made through Apple, not Grande Sports.
