Welcome to Grande Sports Training (“Grande Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, in-person training, camps, online mentorship, match analysis services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using our website or participating in any Grande Sports Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Use of Website and Services

  • You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only.

  • You may not use our website or Services to transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or conduct any activity that interferes with system security or performance.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

2. In-Person Training, Camps, and Physical Activity

Grande Sports provides instruction, training environments, and athletic programs that involve physical exertion. By registering or participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Participation in athletic training carries inherent risk, including injury, illness, or death.

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate.

  • Grande Sports, including its owners, staff, partners, instructors, coaches, or contractors, is not responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, medical issues, damages, or losses that occur during or after participation.

  • If registering a minor, you agree to these terms on their behalf as parent/legal guardian.

We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any training program.

3. Waivers and Media Consent

  • You agree to sign any required liability waivers before participating in physical training or camps.

  • By participating, you grant Grande Sports permission to capture and use photos or videos for marketing, education, and promotional material unless you submit a written request to opt out before participation.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including videos, graphics, digital downloads, training programs, presentations, written material, and branding, is the exclusive property of Grande Sports or its licensors.

  • Purchase grants personal access only; it does not transfer ownership.

  • You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

5. User Content

If you share or submit content (e.g., testimonials, training footage for analysis, commentary), you grant Grande Sports a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and publish it for business, marketing, or educational purposes. You represent that you have rights to share any content you submit.

6. Refund Policy

Grande Sports does not offer refunds for any Services, including but not limited to:

  • in-person training,

  • camps,

  • mentorship,

  • analysis services,

  • digital products.

For in-person training only, if a client cannot attend a scheduled session with proper notice as determined by Grande Sports policy, a training credit may be issued for future dates. Training credits:

  • are non-refundable,

  • are non-transferable unless approved by Grande Sports,

  • must be used within the time window communicated by staff.

No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or missed sessions without proper notice.

7. Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party platforms or software. We do not control or take responsibility for their content, policies, or security. Accessing third-party platforms is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Grande Sports makes no guarantees regarding performance results, athletic improvement, or uninterrupted availability of website content. Training results vary based on individual effort, physical condition, and commitment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grande Sports and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • physical injury,

  • lost wages,

  • medical expenses,

  • property loss,

  • indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training, use of our advice or programs, or access to our website.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grande Sports, its employees, instructors, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liability, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from:

  • your participation in physical activity,

  • your use of our Services or training advice,

  • your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be handled exclusively in Florida courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
