Welcome to Grande Sports Training (“Grande Sports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, the Grande Sports App, in-person training, camps, online mentorship, match analysis services, and any related products or services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our website or the App, or participating in any Grande Sports Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Use of Website and Services

You agree to use our Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use our website, App, or Services to transmit malware, harmful code, spam, or conduct any activity that interferes with system security or performance. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

2. In-Person Training, Camps, and Physical Activity

Grande Sports provides instruction, training environments, and athletic programs that involve physical exertion. By registering or participating, you acknowledge and agree that participation in athletic training carries inherent risk, including injury, illness, or death; you voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical activity; you are solely responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to participate; and Grande Sports, including its owners, staff, partners, instructors, coaches, or contractors, is not responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, medical issues, damages, or losses that occur during or after participation. If registering a minor, you agree to these Terms on their behalf as parent/legal guardian. We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before starting any training program.

3. Waivers and Media Consent

You agree to sign any required liability waivers before participating in physical training or camps. By participating, you grant Grande Sports permission to capture and use photos or videos for marketing, education, and promotional material unless you submit a written request to opt out before participation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including videos, graphics, digital downloads, training programs, presentations, written material, and branding, is the exclusive property of Grande Sports or its licensors. Purchase grants personal access only; it does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, resell, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

5. User Content (Testimonials & Submissions)

If you share or submit content (e.g., testimonials, training footage for analysis, commentary), you grant Grande Sports a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and publish it for business, marketing, or educational purposes. You represent that you have rights to share any content you submit.

6. App License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Grande Sports App and its content for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, share your account, or resell the App or its content.

7. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Certain Services are offered as recurring subscriptions that automatically renew until cancelled, including the Grande Sports App membership (Founding / All-Access) and the Match Analysis coaching subscription. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are described in our Subscription & Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. App subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are managed and billed by Apple under Apple’s terms.

8. Community Guidelines & User Content

The Grande Sports App includes community features where users may post and chat. You are responsible for the content you share and agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable. Given our young audience, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive content, harassment, or objectionable material. We provide tools to report objectionable content and block other users, we moderate the community, and we may, at our discretion, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. To report content or a user, use the in-app tools or email info@grandesportstraining.com; we act on reports promptly.

9. Minors & Parental Consent

The Grande Sports App is intended for young players used with the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian must create and approve the account and any subscription and accepts these Terms on the minor’s behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle children’s information.

10. Apple App Store

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: these Terms are between you and Grande Sports, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App; Apple is not responsible for the App, its content, or any claims relating to it; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Refund Policy

Grande Sports does not offer refunds for any Services, including but not limited to in-person training, camps, mentorship, analysis services, digital products, and subscriptions. For in-person training only, if a client cannot attend a scheduled session with proper notice as determined by Grande Sports policy, a training credit may be issued for future dates. Training credits are non-refundable, are non-transferable unless approved by Grande Sports, and must be used within the time window communicated by staff. No refunds or credits are provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or missed sessions without proper notice. 12. Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party platforms or software. We do not control or take responsibility for their content, policies, or security. Accessing third-party platforms is at your own risk.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Grande Sports makes no guarantees regarding performance results, athletic improvement, or uninterrupted availability of website or App content. Training results vary based on individual effort, physical condition, and commitment.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grande Sports and its affiliates shall not be liable for physical injury, lost wages, medical expenses, property loss, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in training, use of our advice, programs, App, or website.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grande Sports, its employees, instructors, contractors, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liability, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your participation in physical activity, your use of our Services or training advice, or your violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be handled exclusively in Florida courts.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
